  • Individual Training

    1-on-1 coaching sessions between me and one athlete focused on tailoring to their specific needs, goals, and skill level. All aspects of training covered, based on the athlete in a 1-Hour Session.

  • Group Training Sessions

    Group coaching sessions with 2+ athletes focused on their skill development working with, and against each other to sharpen each other’s skills through drills and live play in a 1-Hour Session.

  • Training Packages

    1-on-1 training sessions purchased in bulk for the off-season at a discounted price with goal setting, progress tracking and a series of different benefits. For SERIOUS athletes, wanting to improve and lock in workouts weeks ahead of time.

  • Film Breakdown

    1-on-1 or group coaching sessions focused on the development of player(s) using film from their recent or past basketball games. Breaking down strengths and weaknesses of their game to improve in game performance, decision making, and creativity.

  • Assessment Sessions

    1-on-1 coaching sessions between me and one athlete where they are put through a series of drills to determine where they are competitively. These sessions are used to preface how workouts with the said athlete will be planned going forward in the future.

  • Mental Training

    1-on-1 sessions/meetings between myself, or Trent Brunker, and one athlete focused on the development of their mental strength. These sessions will focus on unraveling mental blocks to improve confidence, consistency, and in game performance.
